Blueberry Protein Pancakes with Matcha Maple Sauce
Here is an excellent idea for enjoying a traditional breakfast while incorporating ingredients which are known for their health benefits. Blueberries, for instance, have been linked to preventing memory loss and cancer. It also has been suggested, through studies, that these berries help to fight belly fat. For more information on blueberries here is a link I found particularly informative:http://www.cookingnook.com/health-benefits-of-blueberries.html
Besides blueberries, there is also Matcha powder in this breakfast rendition. Matcha is good for many things including: weightloss, increase in mental awareness, cancer preventitive, and reduces inflammation.

Instructions
First we begin by mxing your blueberries with milk or water for the pancakes, Then you add this to the other ingredients. You want to whip these ingredients so that they are liquid but a little bit fluffy. Then add butter or coconut oil to a heated pan and pour your pancake batter onto the pan. Pan should be heated at medium heat give or take and pancakes can be flipped after a minute or so.
For the sauce, ingredients can all be placed into a bowl and mixed by spoon. Drizzle lightly and minimally over top of your pancakes, as this sause is quite sweet and you don't require a lot to enjoy its flavours.
